Observation on the clinical comprehensive treatment effect for patients with shoulder joint pain
肩关节患者疼痛临床综合治疗效果观察

摘要

目的 探究对肩关节疼痛患者进行临床综合治疗的效果。方法 选取2024年12月-2025年12月期间在我院进行治疗的80例肩关节疼痛患者为研究对象，使用随机数字表法分为两组，对照组（n=40例）进行单一药物镇痛治疗，观察组（n=40）例进行疼痛科综合治疗，对比两组患者疼痛程度以及肩关节功能情况。结果 治疗前两组患者肩关节疼痛程度以及功能比较差异不大（P＞0.05），治疗后观察组患者疼痛程度低于对照组，肩关节功能评分高于对照组，差异（P＜0.05）。结论 对肩关节疼痛患者进行临床综合治疗，精准地靶向疼痛的发病机理，促进了局部的血液循环和神经功能的康复，进而缓解患者疼痛，提升患者肩关节功能，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of clinical comprehensive treatment for patients with shoulder joint pain.
Methods 80 patients with shoulder joint pain who were treated in our hospital from December 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups using the random number table method. The control group (n=40 cases) received single drug analgesic treatment, while the observation group (n=40 cases) received comprehensive treatment from the pain department. The pain degree and shoulder joint function of the two groups were compared.
Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the pain degree and function of the shoulder joint between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment, the pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the shoulder joint function score was higher than that of the control group, with differences (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   Conducting clinical comprehensive treatment for patients with shoulder joint pain, precisely targeting the pathogenesis of pain, promotes local blood circulation and the recovery of nerve function, thereby alleviating the pain of patients and improving the function of the shoulder joint. This treatment method is worthy of clinical promotion.
