Observation on the therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture combined with trigger point massage in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis in middle-aged and elderly women
温针灸辅助激痛点推拿治疗中老年女性肩周炎的疗效观察

摘要

目的 验证考察温针灸辅助激痛点推拿治疗中老年女性肩周炎的效果。方法 开展期限2024年7月至2025年7月，筛选出50例院内收治的中老年女性肩周炎患者作为分析主体，按照1∶1比例，采用数字表划分法完成组间划分，每组归入25例（n=25）。参照组采用以麦肯基法为基础结合中医点按、揉捏的激痛点推拿治疗，研究组在上述基础上联合温针灸治疗，并以疼痛程度、中医证候积分、肩关节活动度、肩关节功能、生活质量、不良反应发生率为观察指标，对比不同干预策略下的效果差异。结果 研究组整体疗效更优，P值达＜0.05标准。结论 对于中老年女性肩周炎患者而言，建议优先采用联合治疗方案（温针灸辅助激痛点推拿）进行干预，一方面能切实缓解患者疼痛症状，提高肩关节活动度，另一方面的进一步改善生活质量，降低不良反应发生率，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of warm needle acupuncture combined with trigger point massage in the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder (PAS) in middle-aged and elderly female patients.
Methods A study was conducted from July 2024 to July 2025, A total of 50 hospitalized middle-aged and elderly female PAS patients as the study subjects. The patients were divided into two groups (n = 25) using a 1:1 ratio by digital table allocation. The control group received trigger point massage based on the McKenzie method combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) point pressing and kneading, while the study group received warm needle acupuncture in addition to the aforementioned treatment. The observation indicators included pain severity, TCM syndrome score, shoulder joint range of motion, shoulder joint function, quality of life, and adverse reaction incidence.
Results The study group demonstrated superior overall efficacy, with a P-value <0.05.
Conclusion   For middle-aged and elderly female PAS patients, a combined treatment approach (warm needle acupuncture assisted by trigger point massage) is recommended. This intervention not only effectively alleviates pain symptoms and improves shoulder joint range of motion but also enhances quality of life and reduces adverse reaction incidence, making it worthy of promotion.
