Evaluation of the therapeutic effect of irbesartan combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablets in the treatment of hypertension
厄贝沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片用于高血压病治疗的效果评价

摘要

目的 评价高血压患者采用厄贝沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片治疗的临床效果。方法 本次研究对象选取2024年1月至2025年12月期间在我院门诊接受治疗的高血压患者60例，分组采取随机数字表法，共分为观察组与对照组，每组各有患者30例，对照组给予单独硝苯地平控释片治疗，观察组采取厄贝沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片方案，将两组最终获得的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的血压水平改善效果显著优于对照组，取得的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，用药不良反应发生率低于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 对高血压患者及时采取厄贝沙坦联合硝苯地平控释片方案治疗，能够进一步提高临床治疗效果以及用药安全性，确保血压水平控制在合理范围内，减轻疾病危害性。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of using irbesartan combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablets in the treatment of hypertension patients.
Methods This study selected 60 hypertension patients who received treatment in our hospital's outpatient department from January 2024 to December 2025. The subjects were divided into groups using the random number table method, with a total of 30 patients in each group. The control group was given nifedipine controlled-release tablets alone, while the observation group was treated with the irbesartan combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablet regimen. The final therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results After treatment, the improvement effect of blood pressure levels in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the total treatment effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Timely treatment of hypertension patients with the irbesartan combined with nifedipine controlled-release tablet regimen can further improve the clinical therapeutic effect and medication safety, ensure that blood pressure levels are controlled within a reasonable range, and reduce the harmfulness of the disease.
