摘要
目的 探究分析牙周联合正畸治疗牙周炎患者的效果。方法 把2025年3月-2025年11月的62例牙周炎患者随机分为对照组（牙周治疗）与观察组（对照组+正畸治疗）。对比两组牙周临床指数及牙龈出血指数。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 牙周联合正畸治疗可显著改善患者牙周临床指数及牙龈出血指数，值得推广与应用。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effects of combined periodontal and orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontitis. Methods From March 2025 to November 2025, 62 patients with periodontitis were randomly divided into a control group (periodontal treatment) and an observation group (control group plus orthodontic treatment). Periodontal clinical indices and gingival bleeding indices of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group was superior to the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion Combined periodontal and orthodontic treatment can significantly improve patients' periodontal clinical indices and gingival bleeding indices, and is worthy of promotion and application.
