Research on the clinical application of Zuo Xitili oral liquid combined with doxycycline tablets in the treatment of children mycoplasma pneumonia
左西替利嗪口服液辅助多西环素片在支原体肺炎患儿治疗中的研究

摘要

目的 探究左西替利嗪口服液辅助多西环素片应用在支原体肺炎患儿治疗中的实际疗效以及对患儿症状改善、炎症指标的具体影响。方法 选取2023年7月至2024年12月我院接诊的80例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象，用随机数表法分成两组。实验组40例患儿采取左西替利嗪口服液辅助多西环素片治疗，常规组40例患儿单纯采取多西环素片治疗，对比两组患儿的治疗总有效率、症状缓解时间、炎症指标水平以及不良反应发生率。结果 实验组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于常规组，咳嗽、发热、肺部啰音等症状缓解时间均短于常规组，血清C反应蛋白、白细胞计数两项炎症指标水平均低于常规组，两组对比显著（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论 左西替利嗪口服液辅助多西环素片治疗支原体肺炎患儿成效非常显著，能有效提升治疗效果，加快患儿症状缓解，减轻炎症反应，在支原体肺炎患儿临床治疗中有着非常高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the actual efficacy of levocetirizine oral solution combined with doxycycline tablets in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and its specific effects on the improvement of symptoms and inflammatory markers in children.
Methods Eighty children with mycasma pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from July 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups random number table method. The experimental group of 40 children received levocetirizine oral solution combined with doxycycline tablets, and the control group of 4 children received doxycycline tablets alone. The total effective rate of treatment, the time of symptom relief, the level of inflammatory markers and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.
Results The total effective rate of treatment in children of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The time of symptom relief such as cough, and rales in the lungs was shorter than that of the control group. The levels of two inflammatory markers, serum C-reactive protein and white blood cell count, were lower those of the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05).
Conclusion   Levocetirizine oral solution combined with doxycycline tablets is very effective in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. It can effectively improve the curative effect, accelerate the remission of symptoms in, reduce the inflammatory response, and has very high application value in the clinical treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.
