Clinical observation of Biantong Tablets combined with lactulose and bifidobacterium triple live bacteria in the treatment of functional constipation in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus
便通片联合乳果糖、双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗老年2型糖尿病功能性便秘临床观察

摘要
目的 总结便通片联合乳果糖、双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗老年2型糖尿病功能性便秘效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2025年5月200例我院治疗老年2型糖尿病功能性便秘患者，按照随机数字表法分为两组，其中观察组患者则接受便通片联合乳果糖、双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗，对照组则接受乳果糖、双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗，分析不同患者的治疗效果。结果 治疗有效率：观察组92.00%高于对照组80.00%，P＜0.05；治疗后患者症状（腹胀、肛门坠胀感、排便时间、排便困难）缓解时间：观察组低于对照组，P＜0.05；48h、96h患者矢气次数和排便次数：观察组患者高于对照组，P＜0.05；停药1个月、停药2个月、停药3个月的复发率：观察组5.00%、7.00%、10.00低于对照组13.00%、17.00%、20.00%，P＜0.05。结论 便通片联合乳果糖、双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗老年2型糖尿病功能性便秘效果显著，可改善患者临床症状，提高矢气和排便次数，疾病复发率低。

Abstract
Objective To summarize the efficacy of Biantong Tablets combined with lactulose and bifidobacterium triple live bacteria in treating functional constipation in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 200 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with functional constipation treated in our hospital from January 2024 to May 2025 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method. The observation group received Biantong Tablets combined with lactulose and bifidobacterium triple live bacteria, while the control group received lactulose and bifidobacterium triple live bacteria. The therapeutic effects were analyzed. Results The treatment efficacy rate was 92.00% in the observation group, significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The time to symptom relief (abdominal distension, anal tenesmus, defecation time, and difficulty in defecation) was shorter in the observation group (P<0.05). The frequency of flatulence and defecation was higher in the observation group (P<0.05) at 48 hours and 96 hours. The recurrence rates at 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months after discontinuation were 5.00%,7.00%, and 10.00% in the observation group, significantly lower than 13.00%,17.00%, and 20.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Biantong Tablets with lactulose and bifidobacterium triple live bacteria demonstrates significant efficacy in treating functional constipation in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It improves clinical symptoms, increases the frequency of flatulence and defecation, and has a low recurrence rate.
