Analysis of the effect of dexmedetomidine propofol sufentanil anesthesia for scoliosis correction surgery
右美托咪定-丙泊酚-舒芬太尼麻醉用于脊柱侧弯矫形术的效果分析

摘要

目的 主要探究右美托咪定-丙泊酚-舒芬太尼复合麻醉方案应用在脊柱侧弯矫形术中的效果，为临床优化麻醉管理提供参考依据。方法 选取2025年10月-2026年1月我院收治的76例脊柱侧弯矫形术患者作为研究对象，对全部对象运用随机数字表法分为两组，即为对照组和干预组各38例。对照组运用丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼麻醉这一方案，干预组则运用右美托咪定-丙泊酚-舒芬太尼复合麻醉方案。比较两组患者的麻醉相关时间指标、术中血流动力学稳定性、术中不良反应发生率及术后镇痛效果4项核心观察指标。结果 干预组各项指标均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 右美托咪定-丙泊酚-舒芬太尼复合麻醉应用脊柱侧弯矫形术，不仅能够帮助患者缩短麻醉诱导与苏醒拔管时间，还可以维持术中血流动力学稳定、降低不良反应发生率，提升术后镇痛效果，临床应用价值较高。

Abstract

Objective To mainly investigate the effect of the dexmedetomidine-propofol-sufentanil composite anesthetic in the treatment of spinal deformity surgery, and to provide a reference for clinical optimization of anesthetic management.
Methods From October 2025 to January 2026, 76 patients with spinal deformity surgery treated in our hospital were selected as research objects. All subjects were divided into two groups, namely, the control group and the intervention group, each of which consisted of 38 cases, by using a randomized numerical table method. The control group used the anesthetic scheme of propofol combined with sufentanil, and the intervention group used the dexmedetomidine-propofol-sufentanil composite anesthetic scheme. The four core observation indicators of the groups of patients, namely, the anesthesia-related time indicators, the stability of hemodynamic during the operation, the incidence of adverse reactions during the operation and the analgesic after the operation were compared.
Results The intervention group was superior to the control group in all indicators (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application dexmedetomidine-propofol-sufentanil composite anesthesia in spinal deformity surgery can not only help patients to shorten the time of anesthetic induction and wake-up extubation, but also maintain the stability of hemodynamics during the operation, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the analgesic effect after the operation It has high clinical application value.
