Observation on the clinical efficacy of Mahuang Xingren Shigao Decoction in treating pulmonary heat type of community-acquired pneumonia
观察麻杏石甘汤治疗社区获得性肺炎肺热型的临床疗效

摘要

目的 探究麻杏石甘汤用于社区获得性肺炎肺热型的作用。方法 选择电脑随机双盲法，将2024年3月-2025年12月本院收治的社区获得性肺炎肺热型病人（N=64）均分成2组：试验组用麻杏石甘汤，对照组行常规治疗。对比咳嗽缓解时间等指标。结果 关于咳痰与咳嗽缓解时间及退热时间：试验组为（3.42±0.75）d、（3.67±0.85）d、（1.42±0.37）d，对照组（5.94±1.02）d、（6.34±1.41）d、（2.68±0.53）d，差异显著（P＜0.05）。SF-36评分：治疗后，试验组（90.04±3.73）分，对照组（83.35±4.06）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。总有效率：试验组96.88%，对照组78.12%，P＜0.05。不良反应：试验组3.12%，对照组6.25%，差异不显著（P＞0.05）。结论 社区获得性肺炎肺热型病人用麻杏石甘汤，安全、可靠，疗效显著，病人症状缓解也更快，预后更好。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of Mahuang Shigeng Decoction in treating the pulmonary heat type of community-acquired pneumonia.
Methods Using computer random double-blind method, 64 patients with pulmonary heat type of community-acquired pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2024 to December 2025 were evenly divided into 2 groups: the experimental group received Mahuang Shigeng Decoction, and the control group received conventional treatment. The indicators such as cough relief time were compared.
Results Regarding expectoration, cough relief time and fever reduction time: the experimental group (3.42 ± 0.75) days, (3.67 ± 0.85) days, (1.42 ± 0.37) days, and the control group (5.94 ± 1.02) days, (6.34 ± 1.41) days, (2.68 ± 0.53) days, the differences were significant (P < 0.05). SF-36 score: after treatment, the experimental group (90.04 ± 3.73) points, the control group (83.35 ± 4.06) points, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Total effective rate: the experimental group 96.88%, the control group 78.12%, P < 0.05. Adverse reactions: the experimental group 3.12%, the control group 6.25%, the difference was not significant (P > 0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with pulmonary heat type of community-acquired pneumonia, Mahuang Shigeng Decoction is safe, reliable, has significant efficacy, and the symptoms of patients are relieved faster, and the prognosis is better.
