摘要
目的 探究“LBL、CBL、PBL、心智图”混合教学应用于中西医结合儿科学临床教学中的实施效果。方法 研究时间为2024年10月-2025年8月,按照实习时间不同,将72名学员分为两组,每组均36例。参照组为常规教学模式,试验组采取“LBL、CBL、PBL、心智图”混合教学模式,评价两组考核成绩、综合能力。结果 试验组教学后的考核成绩、综合能力相关评分均高于参照组,P<0.05。结论 “LBL、CBL、PBL、心智图”混合教学的应用,对强化中西医结合儿科学学员的综合能力意义积极,并且对提高其考核成绩作用显著。

Abstract
Objective To explore the implementation effect of the “LBL, CBL, PBL, and Mind Mapping” hybrid teaching method in the clinical teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and Western pediatrics. Methods The study period was from October 2024 to August 2025. According to the different internship times, 72 trainees were divided into two groups, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received the conventional teaching mode, while the experimental group adopted the “LBL, CBL, PBL, and Mind Mapping” hybrid teaching mode. The assessment scores and comprehensive abilities of the two groups were evaluated. Results The assessment scores and comprehensive ability-related scores of the experimental group after teaching were higher than those of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The application of the “LBL, CBL, PBL, and Mind Mapping” hybrid teaching method is of positive significance in enhancing the comprehensive abilities of trainees in integrated traditional Chinese and Western pediatrics and has a significant effect on improving their assessment scores.
