摘要
目的 探究分析多耐药铜绿假单胞菌的药敏试验结果分析及对临床用药的指导意义。方法 收集整理院内2021年1月-2024年12月期间,院内1089例确诊为下呼吸道感染,且痰菌培养耐药铜绿假单胞菌阳性的患者病历资料,整理K-B法药敏试验结果,落实深入分析。结果 在1089株耐药铜绿假单胞菌中,多耐药株占比呈现为逐年提升的趋势。铜绿假单胞菌对复方新诺明SXT,呋喃妥因NIT,氨苄西林/舒巴坦SAM,头孢曲松CRO以及氨苄西林AMP等常用抗生素耐药率呈现为高水平状态。在1089株耐药铜绿假单胞菌中,多耐药株占比呈现为逐年提升的趋势,其中慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管扩张及呼吸机相关肺炎患者发生率较高。结论 现阶段多耐药性较为突出,需引起足够的重视,在临床用药过程中需科学合理地应用联合用药方案,以确保治疗的针对性与有效性。

Abstract
Objective To explore the analysis of drug sensitivity test results of multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa and its guiding significance for clinical medication. Methods Collect and organize medical records of 1089 patients diagnosed with lower respiratory tract infections and positive for drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa in sputum culture from January 2021 to December 2024 in the hospital. Sort out the results of K-B method drug sensitivity test and implement in-depth analysis. Results The proportion of multidrug-resistant strains in 1089 strains of drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed an increasing trend year by year. The resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to commonly used antibiotics such as compound sulfamethoxazole SXT, nitrofurantoin NIT, ampicillin/sulbactam SAM, ceftriaxone CRO, and ampicillin AMP is at a high level. Among 1089 strains of drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the proportion of multidrug-resistant strains showed an increasing trend year by year, with higher incidence in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis, and ventilator-associated pneumonia. Conclusion At present, multidrug resistance is more prominent and needs to be given sufficient attention. Scientific and reasonable combination therapy should be applied in the clinical medication process to ensure the targeted and effective treatment.
