Observation of the impact of detail nursing on the quality of operating room nursing and patient satisfaction during surgery
细节护理对手术室护理质量及手术患者满意度的影响观察

摘要

目的 探讨细节护理对手术室护理质量及手术患者满意度的影响。方法 研究选择2024年1月1日-2025年12月31日本院110例患者作为研究的样本，所有的患者均在本院登记治疗，采用随机数字表法将患者的资料进行分组，对照组的55例患者采用常规护理进行干预，观察组的55例患者采用细节护理进行干预，以此比较两组患者的并发症发生率、护理质量和护理满意评分。结果 观察组采用细节护理服务能够有效降低并发症的发生率，减少发生人数（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的手术室护理质量更胜一筹（P＜0.05）；采用细节护理模式能够增加患者对医护人员的认可，提升满意度（P＜0.05）。结论 细节护理模式，顾名思义护理方面更具细致化，将患者作为护理中心，全面开展护理流程，不断补充细节，促使并发症发生率降低，护理质量提升，满意度增加，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of detailed nursing on the quality of nursing in the operating room and patient satisfaction during surgery.
Methods A total of 110 patients were selected as the study sample , from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025. All patients were registered for treatment in our hospital, and their data were divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group consisted of 55 patients who received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group consisted of 55 patients who received detailed nursing intervention. The incidence of complications, nursing quality, and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.
Results The use of detailed nursing services in the observation group can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and the number of occurrences (P<0.05); The quality of nursing care in the operating room of the observation group patients was superior (P<0.05); Adopting a detailed nursing model can increase patients' recognition of medical staff and improve satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The detailed nursing model, as the name suggests, is more meticulous in nursing. It regards patients as the nursing center, comprehensively carries out nursing processes, constantly supplements details, reduces the incidence of complications, improves nursing quality, and increases satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
