摘要
目的 研究微信平台远程教育对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖自我管理与分娩结局的干预效果。方法 观察对象为110例妊娠期糖尿病患者，本院接收时间2025年1月-2025年11月，从门诊口服葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT）结果出来开始干预，随机分组，干预组（n=55）行微信远程教育干预，对照组（n=55）行常规干预，对比干预组与对照组妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖水平、自护能力、依从性、分娩结局。结果 干预前，干预组与对照组妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖水平、自护能力相近（P>0.05）；干预后，干预组血糖水平、自护能力、依从性、分娩结局均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 微信平台远程教育对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖自我管理与分娩结局的干预效果更显著，可推广。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of WeChat-based remote education on glycemic self-management and delivery outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods A total of 110 GDM patients admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to November 2025 were enrolled. Intervention was initiated upon the release of oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) results in the outpatient department. Patients were randomly assigned to either the intervention group (n=55) receiving WeChat-based remote education or the control group (n=55) receiving conventional intervention. The blood glucose levels, self-care abilities, compliance, and delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, the blood glucose levels and self-care abilities of the intervention group were similar to those of the control group (P>0.05). After intervention, the intervention group demonstrated superior outcomes in blood glucose levels, self-care abilities, compliance, and delivery outcomes compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion WeChat-based remote education shows more significant effects on glycemic self-management and delivery outcomes in GDM patients and is worthy of promotion.
