Clinical effect of early combined intensive statin therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction
早期结合强化他汀类药物对脑梗死治疗的临床效果

摘要

目的 探究早期结合强化他汀类药物对脑梗死治疗的临床效果。方法 选择我院2023年1月-2024年1月所接收的100例脑梗死患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组（早期结合强化他汀类药物治疗）与对照组（早期治疗），比较两组在治疗前后的颈动脉硬化情况、血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶 A2与血脂情况以及治疗效果。结果 观察组颈动脉硬化情况[斑块Crouse 积分（3.05±0.32）分，颈动脉内径（7.89±1.54）mm，颈动脉内膜中层厚度（0.89±0.51）mm]、血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶 A2指标与血脂[血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶 A2（163.12±12.59）μg/L，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（1.72±0.32）mmol/L，低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（1.67±0.14）mmol/L，总胆固醇（4.02±0.95）mmol/L，三酰甘油（1.05±0.28）mmol/L]均优于对照组，治疗效果（94.0%）比对照组高（P<0.05）。结论 早期结合强化他汀类药物对脑梗死治疗的临床效果明显，值得广泛推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of early combined intensive statin therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the observation group (treated with early combined intensive statin therapy) and the control group (treated with early conventional therapy). The carotid atherosclerosis, plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (Lp-PLA2), blood lipid levels before and after treatment, and treatment effects were compared between the two groups.
Results The carotid atherosclerosis indicators [plaque Crouse score (3.05±0.32) points, carotid artery diameter (7.89±1.54) mm, carotid intima-media thickness (0.89±0.51) mm], plasma Lp-PLA2 level [(163.12±12.59) μg/L], and blood lipid indicators [high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (1.72±0.32) mmol/L, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (1.67±0.14) mmol/L, total cholesterol (4.02±0.95) mmol/L, triglycerides (1.05±0.28) mmol/L] in the observation group were all better than those in the control group. The treatment effective rate of the observation group (94.0%) was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The clinical effect of early combined intensive statin therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction is significant, which is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
