摘要

目的 分析1例儿童脑静脉窦血栓(CVST)患者的临床特点、影像学特征及治疗方法,并进行文献回顾,评估其治疗策略的有效性。方法 回顾性总结1例人类疱疹病毒7型感染相关颅内炎症可能导致CVST患者的临床资料,详细分析其发病诱因、临床表现、影像学特征、鉴别诊断和治疗方法。结果 经抗凝、抗感染、降颅压治疗后,患者病情得到有效控制,干预手段符合当前临床指南推荐标准。结论 CVST作为一种罕见而严重的病毒性颅内感染的继发病症,其早期诊断和治疗对于获得最佳治疗结局至关重要。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics, imaging findings, and treatment modalities of patients with cerebral venous and sinus thrombosis (CVST), as well as to conduct a literature review to assess the effectiveness of this treatment strategy.
Methods We retrospectively summarized the clinical data of a patient with HHV-7 infection-associated intracranial inflammation possibly resulting in CVST, and analyzed its pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, imaging characteristics, differential diagnosis and treatment methods in detail.
Results After anticoagulation, anti-infection, and cranial pressure-lowering therapy, the patient's condition was effectively controlled, and the interventions were in line with the recommended standards of current clinical guidelines.
Conclusion   As a rare and severe secondary condition of viral intracranial infection, early diagnosis and treatment of CVST are essential for optimal treatment outcome.
