Evaluation of the effect of Ginkgo Biloba Drop Pills combined with Valsartan Capsules in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension
银杏叶滴丸联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗老年高血压患者的效果评价

摘要

目的 分析老年高血压患者采用银杏叶滴丸联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗的临床价值。方法 选取本院2023年4月~2025年4月收治老年高血压患者进行分组对照研究，根据数字随机表法将入组的130例患者划分2个组别，各65例，均接受常规对症治疗，对照组予以缬沙坦胶囊，观察组予以银杏叶滴丸联合缬沙坦胶囊。根据临床治疗效果、血压水平、血管内皮功能评价2组干预效果。结果 临床疗效评估结果可知，观察组总有效率相比对照组显著提高（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）相比对照组显著下降，组间有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组一氧化氮（NO）、内皮素-1（ET-1）相比对照组显著改善，组间有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论 老年高血压患者采用银杏叶滴丸联合缬沙坦胶囊能进一步提升临床疗效，降低血压指标，改善血管内皮功能。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical value of treating elderly patients with hypertension with Ginkgo biloba drop pills combined with valsartan Capsules.
Methods Elderly patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from April 2023 to April 2025 were selected for a group control study. According to the digital random table method, 130 enrolled patients were divided into two groups, with 65 cases in each group. All patients received conventional symptomatic treatment. The control group was given valsartan capsules, and the observation group was given Ginkgo biloba drop pills combined with valsartan capsules. The intervention effects of the two groups were evaluated based on clinical treatment outcomes, blood pressure levels, and vascular endothelial function.
Results The results of the clinical efficacy evaluation show that the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) in the observation group decreased significantly compared with those in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin-1 (ET-1) in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of Ginkgo biloba drop pills combined with valsartan capsules in elderly patients with hypertension can further enhance the clinical efficacy, lower blood pressure indicators, and improve vascular endothelial function.
