Clinical study on the effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction on IL-35 in asthma patients
射干麻黄汤对哮喘患者IL-35影响的临床研究

摘要

目的 探析射干麻黄汤对哮喘患者白细胞介素-35（IL-35）的影响。方法 纳入2025年1月—2025年12月重庆市綦江区中医院肺病科就诊的寒哮患者30例，随机分成每组15例的西医组和射干麻黄汤组，比较两组疗效。结果 治疗后，两组中医证候积分较治疗前降低，肺功能指标及IL-35指标水平值均较治疗前提升，且射干麻黄汤组治疗后中医证候积分及前后差值显著低于西医组，肺功能指标、IL-35指标水平值及前后差值均显著高于西医组（P＜0.01）。结论 射干麻黄汤可显著提升寒哮患者IL-35水平，改善症状与肺功能，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction on interleukin-35 (IL-35) in asthma patients.
Methods Thirty patients with cold asthma who visited the Department of Pulmonary Disease at Qijiang District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Chongqing from January 2025 to December 2025 were included. They were randomly divided into a Western medicine group (n=15) and a Shegan Mahuang Decoction group (n=15), and the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.
Results After treatment, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes in both groups decreased compared to before treatment, while the levels of lung function indicators and IL-35 indicators increased compared to before treatment. The scores of TCM syndromes and the difference before and after treatment in the Shegan Mahuang Decoction group were significantly lower than those in the Western medicine group, while the levels of lung function indicators and IL-35 indicators and the difference before and after treatment were significantly higher than those in the Western medicine group (P<0.01).
Conclusion   Shegan Mahuang Decoction can significantly increase the level of IL-35 in patients with cold asthma, improve symptoms and lung function, and is worthy of promotion.
