Discussion on the application value of peripheral blood smear cytology combined with fully automated hematology analyzer in the examination of iron deficiency anemia
血涂片细胞形态学检测联合全自动血液细胞分析仪在缺铁性贫血检验中的应用价值研讨

摘要
目的 探究血涂片细胞形态学检测联合全自动血液细胞分析仪在缺铁性贫血检测中的应用价值。方法 参与本次研究患者的数量为100例,时间范围为2024年3月份至2025年3月份,所有患者使用全自动血液细胞分析仪检测、血涂片细胞形态学检查、骨髓铁染色,依据是否贫血分成对照组和实验组,对照组未贫血,实验组贫血,各组50例,对比两组血常规指标;细胞形态学特征;诊断效能。结果 实验组患者的RBC、Hb、MCV、MCH、MCHC均低于对照组,P<0.05,患者的RDW水平高于对照组,P<0.05,判断细胞形态学特征,两组存在差异,P<0.05,分析诊断效能,联合诊断的准确率更高,P<0.05。结论 为缺铁性贫血患者选择血涂片细胞形态学检测联合全自动血液细胞分析仪检测,可以提升诊断效能,具有良好的经济价值。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of peripheral blood smear morphology combined with automatic hematology analyzer in the detection of iron deficiency anemia. Methods A total of 100 patients participated in this study from March 2024 to March 2025. All patients underwent detection using an automatic hematology analyzer, peripheral blood smear morphology examination, and bone marrow iron staining. Patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to whether they had anemia: the control group without anemia and the experimental group with anemia, with 50 cases in each group. Routine blood indicators, cellular morphological characteristics, and diagnostic efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results RBC, Hb, MCV, MCH, and MCHC levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (p<0.05), while RDW levels were higher (p<0.05). Differences were observed in cellular morphological characteristics between the two groups (p<0.05). Analysis of diagnostic efficacy showed that combined diagnosis had higher accuracy (p<0.05). Conclusion Using peripheral blood smear morphology combined with automatic hematology analyzer for patients with iron deficiency anemia can improve diagnostic efficacy and has good economic value.
