Clinical analysis of acute pancreatitis complicated with metabolic-associated fatty liver disease
急性胰腺炎合并代谢相关脂肪性肝病的临床分析

摘要

目的 本文通过回顾性分析急性胰腺炎(AP)合并代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)患者的临床资料,旨在研究MAFLD与AP严重程度之间的相关性,并探讨MAFLD对AP严重程度的影响。方法 研究对象为山东省第一康复医院消化内科与重症监护室自2021年2月1日至2024年1月31日期间住院的219例AP患者。患者根据是否合并MAFLD分为两组,并依据AP的严重程度分为轻症AP、中重症AP和重症AP,通过SPSS 26.0进行统计分析。结果 MAFLD组患者的甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平高于非MAFLD组,且MAFLD组与非MAFLD组在AP严重程度分布上存在显著差异(P值均<0.05)。结论 影响MAFLD可能是影响AP严重程度的重要因素,尤其是在TG和TC的异常情况下,MAFLD患者发生中重症AP的几率更高。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to investigate the correlation between metabolic-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) and the severity of acute pancreatitis (AP), and to explore impact of MAFLD on the severity of AP by retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of patients with AP complicated by MAFLD.
Methods A total of 219 AP patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology and Intensive Care Unit of the First Rehabilitation Hospital of Shandong from February 1, 2021, to January 31, 2024. Patients were divided into two groups based on the presence of MAFLD, and further classified into mild, moderately severe, and severe AP according to the seerity of AP. Statistical analysis was permed using SPSS 26.0.
Results The Triglyceride (TG), Total Cholesterol (TC) levels in the MAFLD group were higher than those in the non-MAFLD group, and there was a significant difference in the distri AP severity between the two groups. (P < 0.05). There was an extremely significant difference in the distribution of the severity of AP between MAFLD group and non-MAFLD group (P < 0.001).
Conclusion   MAFLD may be an important factor influencing the severity of AP, especially in cases of abnormal TG and TC, as patients with MAFLD have a higher chance of developingte to severe AP.
