The influence of lifestyle care management on blood glucose, blood pressure control and complications in patients with diabetes complicated with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage
生活方式护理管理对糖尿病合并高血压脑出血患者血糖、血压控制及并发症的影响

摘要

目的 将生活方式护理管理用于糖尿病（DM）合并高血压脑出血（HICH）患者中，探究其对患者血糖、血压及并发症的影响。方法 选取2024年1月~2025年3月本院收治的88例DM合并HICH患者，随机分组，对照组44例行常规护理，观察组44例行生活方式护理管理，对两组干预结果进行评价。结果 干预前，两组血糖、血压指标比较，不具显著差异（P>0.05），干预后，观察组各指标水平更低（P<0.05）；两组并发症发生率比较，观察组2.27%更低（P<0.05）；两组护理满意度比较，观察组95.45%更高（P<0.05）。结论 对DM合并HICH患者来说，实施生活方式护理管理可改善患者血糖、血压水平，减少并发症发生，还可提高护理满意度，具有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of lifestyle nursing management on blood glucose, blood pressure and complications in patients with diabetes (DM) and hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH).
Methods 88 patients with DM combined with HICH admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to March 2025 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (44 cases) received routine nursing care, while the observation group (44 cases) received lifestyle nursing management. The intervention results of the two groups were evaluated.
Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in blood glucose and blood pressure indicators between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the levels of various indicators in the observation group were lower (P<0.05); The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group (2.27%) compared to the control group (P<0.05); The comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups showed that the observation group had a higher satisfaction rate of 95.45% (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with DM combined with HICH, implementing lifestyle nursing management can improve their blood glucose and blood pressure levels, reduce the occurrence of complications, and increase nursing satisfaction, which has high application value.
