摘要
目的 观察眶周年轻化治疗患者中应用胶原蛋白联合玻尿酸注射的效果。方法 纳入本院收治眶周年轻化治疗患者共60例（时段2023年6月~2025年6月）。将全部患者划分2个组别，包括对照组（n=30，玻尿酸注射治疗）、观察组（n=30，胶原蛋白联合玻尿酸注射治疗）。根据泪槽状态、眶周皮肤状态综合评价2组治疗效果。结果 治疗后，观察组泪槽评定量表（TTRS）各维度得分与对照组比较均减少（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组皮肤松弛改善、鱼尾纹改善评分与对照组比较均增加（P＜0.05）。结论 眶周年轻化治疗患者中应用胶原蛋白联合玻尿酸注射治疗能改善泪槽和皮肤状态。

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of collagen combined with hyaluronic acid injection in patients undergoing orbital annual lightening treatment. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent annual orbital lightening treatment in our hospital were included (period from June 2023 to June 2025). Divide all patients into two groups, including a control group (n=30, treated with hyaluronic acid injection) and an observation group (n=30, treated with collagen combined with hyaluronic acid injection). Evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups comprehensively based on the tear groove status and periorbital skin status. Results After treatment, the scores of all dimensions of the Tear Trough Rating Scale (TTRS) in the observation group decreased compared to the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group showed an improvement in skin laxity and crow's feet improvement scores compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of collagen combined with hyaluronic acid injection in the annual orbital lightening treatment of patients can improve the tear troughs and skin condition.
