摘要
目的 分析在老年人口腔健康保健中应用基于基层医院组织下的健康教育的价值。方法 选取110例老年人，均为某社区2023年1月至2025年1月常住人口；按照口腔健康保健方案的差异性将110例老年人分成两组，将其中仅进行常规健康保健指导的55人纳入到对照组，将接受基于基层医院组织下的健康教育的55人纳入到研究组，对两组的口腔健康保健质量进行分析比较。结果 相比于对照组干预后，研究组的疾病认知程度评分、口腔保健自我效能评分、生活质量评分均更高（P＜0.05）。结论 在老年人口腔健康保健中应用基于基层医院组织下的健康教育，不但能让老年人疾病认知程度显著提高，而且还能对其口腔保健自我效能进行显著改善。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of the application of health education based on the organization of primary hospitals in the oral health care of the elderly. Methods A total of 110 elderly people were selected, all of whom were the permanent population of a community from January 2023 to January 2025. According to the difference of oral health care programs, 110 elderly people were divided into two groups, 55 people who only received routine health care guidance were included in the control group, and 55 people who received health education based on the organization of primary hospitals were included in the study group. The oral health care quality of the two groups was analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the disease cognition score, oral health self-efficacy score and quality of life score of the study group were higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of health education based on the organization of primary hospitals in the oral health care of the elderly can not only significantly improve the disease awareness of the elderly, but also significantly improve their oral health self-efficacy.
