Analysis of the improvement effect of collective psychotherapy on the psychological reasoning ability impairment of early-onset schizophrenia patients
集体心理治疗对早发性精神分裂症患者心理推理能力损伤的改善效果分析

摘要

目的 分析集体心理治疗对改善早发性精神分裂症患者心理推理能力损伤的临床效果。方法 选取我院2023年6月至2025年6月期间在精神科住院的86例早发性精神分裂症患者，采用随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组。对照组接受常规治疗及护理，干预组在此基础上接受集体心理治疗。结果 干预12周后，干预组失言认知任务正确识别数显著高于对照组，眼区情绪识别任务的正确率提升更明显（P＜0.05）；且干预组的阴性症状评分降幅及个人与社会功能量表评分上升幅度均明显大于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 集体心理治疗可通过人际互动促进早发性精神分裂症患者心理推理能力的康复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of collective psychotherapy on improving the psychological reasoning ability impairment of patients with early-onset schizophrenia.
Methods 86 patients with early-onset schizophrenia admitted to the psychiatric department of our hospital from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group using a random number table method. The control group received routine treatment and care, while the intervention group received group psychotherapy on this basis.
Results After 12 weeks of intervention, the intervention group showed significantly higher accuracy in recognizing misspoken cognitive tasks compared to the control group, and the accuracy of emotion recognition tasks in the eye area improved more significantly (P<0.05); The decrease in negative symptom scores and the increase in personal and social function scale scores in the intervention group were significantly greater than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Collective psychotherapy can promote the recovery of psychological reasoning ability in patients with early-onset schizophrenia through interpersonal interaction.
