无创呼吸机辅助治疗新生儿肺炎的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 剖析新生儿肺炎用无创呼吸机辅助疗法的作用。方法 随机均分2024年2月-2025年8月本院接诊的新生儿肺炎(N=54)。试验组采取常规和无创呼吸机辅助疗法,对照组行常规治疗。对比动脉血压分压等指标。结果 关于喘憋缓解时间、呼吸状态改善时间与胸片吸收好转时间:试验组短于对照组(P<0.05)。动脉血氧分压和动脉血二氧化碳分压:治疗后,试验组(78.34±9.13)mmHg、(35.02±8.11)mmHg,对照组(64.57±8.03)mmHg、(39.23±6.14)mmHg,差异显著(P<0.05)。总有效率:试验组96.3% ,对照组81.48%,P<0.05。并发症:试验组3.7%,对照组22.22%,P<0.05。结论 新生儿肺炎用无创呼吸机辅助疗法,其症状缓解情况、血气指标与疗效均得到显著改善,且极少出现心力衰竭等并发症。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the role of non-invasive ventilator assisted therapy in neonatal pneumonia.
Methods Randomly divide the period from February 2024 to August 2025 for neonatal pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital (N=54). The experimental group received conventional and non-invasive ventilator assisted therapy, while the control group received conventional treatment. Compare indicators such as arterial blood pressure and partial pressure.
Results Regarding the relief time of wheezing, improvement time of respiratory status, and improvement time of chest X-ray absorption, the experimental group was shorter than the control group (P<0.05). Arterial oxygen partial pressure and arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure: After treatment, the experimental group had (78.34 ± 9.13) mmHg and (35.02 ± 8.11) mmHg, while the control group had (64.57 ± 8.03) mmHg and (39.23 ± 6.14) mmHg, with significant differences (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 96.3% in the experimental group and 81.48% in the control group, P<0.05. Complications: experimental group 3.7%, control group 22.22%, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Non invasive ventilator-associated therapy for neonatal pneumonia significantly improves symptom relief, blood gas indicators, and efficacy, with very few complications such as heart failure.
