摘要
目的 分析认知-行为及心理支持治疗对老年抑郁症患者的临床效果。方法 选取2023年10月~2025年10月我院收治的200例老年抑郁症患者，按照不同护理方式分为两组，对比常规干预（对照组，n=100）与认知-行为及心理支持治疗（观察组，n=100）的临床效果。结果 观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组，PSP评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 老年抑郁症患者实施认知-行为及心理支持治疗，可以减轻负性情绪，提升社会功能。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cognitive-behavioral and psychological support therapy on elderly patients with depression. Methods Two hundred elderly patients with depression admitted to our hospital from October 2023 to October 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The clinical effects of conventional intervention (control group, n=100) and cognitive-behavioral and psychological support treatment (observation group, n=100) were compared. Results After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the PSP score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of cognitive-behavioral and psychological support therapy for elderly patients with depression can alleviate negative emotions and enhance social functions.
