非典型抗磷脂抗体与不良妊娠结局的关联及机制研究进展

摘要

非典型抗磷脂抗体和不良妊娠结局之间的关联性为当前临床研究的重点。非典型抗磷脂抗体属于能够和细胞表面上带负电荷的磷脂特异性结合的抗体，容易导致患者出现不同类型临床症状，即非典型抗磷脂抗体综合征。结合当前临床实际可以发现，非典型抗磷脂抗体和孕妇不良妊娠结局存在有一定关联性。非典型抗磷脂抗体可能增加女性出现流产、不孕以及子痫前期、胎盘功能不全等病症的发生率。当关于非典型抗磷脂抗体和不良妊娠结局之间的关联性临床尚未有统一的定论。本次主要针对当前非典型抗磷脂抗体和不良妊娠结局的关联以及机制研究进展进行分析。

Abstract

The association between atypical antiphospholipid antibodies and adverse pregnancy outcomes is currently a focus of clinical research. Atypical antiphospholipid antibodies belong to antibodies that can specifically bind to negatively charged phospholipids on the cell surface, which can easily lead to different types of clinical symptoms in patients, namely atypical antiphospholipid antibody syndrome. Based on current clinical practice, it can be found that there is a certain correlation between atypical antiphospholipid antibodies and adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women. Atypical antiphospholipid antibodies may increase the incidence of miscarriage, infertility, preeclampsia, placental dysfunction, and other conditions in women. There is no unified clinical consensus on the association between atypical antiphospholipid antibodies and adverse pregnancy outcomes. This analysis mainly focuses on the current research progress on the association and mechanism between atypical antiphospholipid antibodies and adverse pregnancy outcomes.
