Exploration of the effectiveness and safety of visual laryngoscopy in emergency difficult tracheal intubation
可视喉镜应用于急诊困难气管插管的有效性及安全性探讨

摘要

目的 探讨可视喉镜在急诊困难气管插管患者中的有效性及安全性。方法 选取2024年1月—2024年10月88例急诊困难气管插管患者，分观察组（可视喉镜，44例）与对照组（直接喉镜，44例），比较插管指标及并发症。结果 观察组插管时间（14.25±3.12）s、成功率97.73%，优于对照组（25.68±4.56）s、81.82%（t=13.572，χ²=6.174，P<0.05）；观察组并发症率为4.55%，低于对照组18.18%（χ²=4.423，P<0.05）。结论 可视喉镜可提升急诊困难气管插管有效率与安全性。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of visual laryngoscopy in emergency patients with difficult tracheal intubation.
Methods 88 emergency difficult tracheal intubation patients from January 2024 to October 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group (visual laryngoscope, 44 cases) and a control group (direct laryngoscope, 44 cases) to compare intubation indicators and complications.
Results The intubation time and success rate of the observation group were (14.25 ± 3.12) s and 97.73%, respectively, which were better than those of the control group (25.68 ± 4.56) s and 81.82% (t=13.572, χ²=6.174, P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.55%, which was lower than the control group’s 18.18% (χ²=4.423, P<0.05).
Conclusion   Visual laryngoscopy can improve the efficiency and safety of emergency difficult tracheal intubation.
