Effects of Jiuxin Pill on glucose and lipid metabolism and cardiac function in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary artery disease
救心丸治疗老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的糖脂代谢效果及心功能影响

摘要

目的 探讨救心丸联合常规治疗对老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者糖脂代谢及心功能的影响，评估其临床应用价值。方法 选取2023年1月10日至2024年1月10日期间在本院接受治疗的老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者124例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（n=62）与观察组（n=62）。对照组给予常规降糖、降脂及抗心绞痛治疗，观察组在此基础上加用救心丸，每次1粒，每日2次，疗程8周。观察两组治疗前后空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、左心室射血分数（LVEF）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）及脑钠肽（BNP）水平。采用SPSS 26.0软件进行数据统计分析。结果 治疗后观察组FPG、HbA1c、TC、TG水平均较对照组显著降低（P值均<0.05），LVEF明显升高（P<0.01），LVEDD与BNP水平较对照组明显下降（P<0.05）；同时HAMA与HAMD评分明显降低（P<0.05），提示患者焦虑与抑郁状态得到有效缓解。结论 救心丸联合常规治疗不仅可有效改善老年2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的糖脂代谢紊乱及心功能，还可显著缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪，具有更全面的临床干预价值。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of Jiuxin Pill combined with routine treatment on glucose and lipid metabolism and cardiac function in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary artery disease, and to evaluate its clinical application value.
Methods 124 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary artery disease treated in our hospital from January 10, 2023 to January 10, 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (n=62) and an observation group (n=62). The control group received routine hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, and anti-anginal treatment, while the observation group received Jiuxin Pill in addition to routine treatment, one pill twice daily for 8 weeks. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG), glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels were observed before and after treatment in both groups. SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis.
Results After treatment, the levels of FPG, HbA1c, TC, and TG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), LVEF was significantly higher (P < 0.01), and LVEDD and BNP levels were significantly lower (P < 0.05). Simultaneously, HAMA and HAMD scores were significantly reduced (P < 0.05), indicating effective relief of anxiety and depression in patients.
Conclusion   The combination of Jiuxin Pill and conventional treatment can effectively improve glucose and lipid metabolism disorders and cardiac function in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease, and can also significantly alleviate anxiety and depression, demonstrating more comprehensive clinical intervention value.
