The effect of dexmedetomidine on anesthesia recovery in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery
右美托咪定对妇科腹腔镜手术患者麻醉恢复的应用影响

摘要

目的 评估妇科腹腔镜手术患者应用右美托咪定的麻醉恢复效果。方法 选取本院妇科腹腔镜手术患者中的68例作为研究对象，研究时间2025年1月-2025年11月，采用随机数表法分组，对照组（静脉注射等容量生理盐水）、研究组（右美托咪定注射），各34例，分析两组的麻醉恢复效果和不良反应发生率。结果 研究组的麻醉恢复效果中的时间指标低于对照组，镇静评分高于对照组，差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）；比较两组的不良反应发生率，研究组低于对照组，差异显著，有意义（P＜0.05）。结论 面对妇科腹腔镜手术患者时，应用右美托咪定麻醉可以起到显著的麻醉效果，减少不良反应的出现，确保患者的麻醉恢复效果，适合推广。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the anesthesia recovery effect of dexmedetomidine in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
Methods 68 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients were selected as the research object. The study period was from January 2025 to November 2025. The patients were randomly divided into two groups by the method of random number table. The control group (intravenous injection of equal volume of normal saline) and the research group (dexmedetomidine injection) were 34 cases each. The recovery effect of anesthesia and the incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed in the two groups.
Results The time index in the anesthesia recovery effect of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the sedation score was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   When facing gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients, the use of dexmedetomidine anesthesia can achieve significant anesthetic effects, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, ensure the recovery effect of anesthesia, and is suitable for promotion.
