摘要
目的 对长期住院老年精神科患者中施以社会功能衰退的生活护理干预方式的价值进行明确。方法 以2024年8月至2025年8月期间院内长期住院老年精神科患者的69例作为试验观察对象，试验分组按照随机数字表法进行，包括对照组（34例，常规手段）、观察组（35例，社会功能衰退的生活护理干预），分析比较两组结果。结果 临床症状数据方面表示观察组更低，日常生活能力数据方面表示观察组更高（P<0.05）。结论 于长期住院老年精神科患者中施以社会功能衰退的生活护理干预可减轻临床症状，改善日常生活能力。

Abstract
Objective To clarify the value of life nursing interventions for social function decline in long-term hospitalized elderly psychiatric patients.Methods:69 elderly psychiatric patients who were hospitalized for a long time from August 2024 to August 2025 were selected as the experimental observation subjects. The experimental groups were divided into a control group (34 cases, conventional methods) and an observation group (35 cases, life care interventions for social function decline) using a random number table method. The results of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The clinical symptom data indicated lower values in the observation group, while the daily living ability data showed higher values in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Life nursing interventions for social function decline in long-term hospitalized elderly psychiatric patients can alleviate clinical symptoms and improve daily living abilities.
