不孕不育症应用补肾扶正汤治疗的临床有效性研究

摘要

不孕不育症是常见的育龄期夫妇常见的生殖问题，其原因较为多样，而男性不育问题发生率有所升高，成为了生殖健康领域关注的重点。男性不育的原因复杂，西医治疗多采取药物及外科治疗手段等，但部分患者仍无法有效解决不育问题，需进一步优化治疗方案。中医在不孕不育治疗领域研究成果显著，具有辨证论治、标本兼治的独特优势，近年来临床应用范围进一步扩大。肾虚与男性不孕存在密切联系，因此相关方剂在男性不育治疗中应用较多，其中补肾扶正汤为男性肾虚不育的常用方剂，临床应用效果显著，但仍需进一步明确其有效性。为此，下文对不孕不育症应用补肾扶正汤治疗的临床有效性展开综述研究，旨在为男性肾虚不育临床治疗提供一定参考资料。

Abstract

Infertility is a common reproductive issue among couples of childbearing age, with diverse causes. The incidence of male infertility has been on the rise, making it a focus of attention in the field of reproductive health. The causes of male infertility are complex, and Western medicine often employs drug and surgical treatments, but some patients still cannot effectively solve the problem of infertility, necessitating further optimization of treatment plans. Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved remarkable research results in the treatment of infertility, with unique advantages such as syndrome differentiation and treatment, and addressing both symptoms and root causes. In recent years, its clinical application scope has further expanded. Kidney deficiency is closely related to male infertility, so related prescriptions are widely used in the treatment of male infertility. Among them, the Kidney Tonic and Uprightness Decoction is a commonly used prescription for male infertility due to kidney deficiency, with significant clinical effects. However, its effectiveness still needs to be further clarified. Therefore, this paper conducts a review study on the clinical effectiveness of the Kidney Tonic and Uprightness Decoction in the treatment of infertility, aiming to provide certain reference materials for the clinical treatment of male infertility due to kidney deficiency.
