Study on the treatment of herpes zoster with Longdan Xiegan Tang combined with acyclovir
龙胆泻肝汤联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的研究

摘要

目的 观察对带状疱疹患者开展龙胆泻肝汤联合阿昔洛韦治疗的效果。方法 在本院2024年3月-2025年3月带状疱疹患者中选择86例，随机抽样均分2组（对照组、观察组，各43例）。对照组进行常规西医治疗，观察组则开展龙胆泻肝汤联合阿昔洛韦治疗。对患者症状改善用时、疼痛程度、证候积分进行对比。结果 症状改善用时，观察组短于对照组，P<0.05。疼痛程度，观察组低于对照组，P<0.05。证候积分，观察组治疗后低于对照组，P<0.05。结论 对带状疱疹患者开展龙胆泻肝汤联合阿昔洛韦治疗，有助于迅速改善患者各方面症状，降低患者疼痛程度，促进患者进行恢复。

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Longdan Xiegan Tang combined with acyclovir on patients with herpes zoster.
Methods 86 patients with herpes zoster were selected from our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025, and randomly divided into two groups (control group and observation group, each with 43 cases). The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the observation group received treatment with Longdan Xiegan Tang combined with acyclovir. Compare the improvement time, pain level, and syndrome score of patients' symptoms.
Results The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, P<0.05. The degree of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P<0.05. The symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The combination of Longdan Xiegan Tang and acyclovir treatment for patients with herpes zoster can help rapidly improve various symptoms, reduce pain levels, and promote recovery.
