低剂量CT扫描技术在头颈部CT血管造影中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 分析在头颈部CT血管造影中应用低剂量CT扫描技术的医学价值。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月内就诊的疑似头颈部动脉血管病变患者62例为研究对象,均行低剂量CT扫描以及常规CT扫描,对比图像质量以及辐射剂量,结果 低剂量CT扫描相较常规CT检查,在CNR上对比差异不具有统计学意义,(P﹥0.05)。低剂量CT扫描SNR低于常规剂量,衰减值以及噪音高于常规剂量,低剂量CT扫描辐射剂量更低,对比有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 低剂量CT扫描技术,图像质量稍差,噪音稍高,但低剂量扫描有辐射低的优势,也有一定的使用价值,适合大范围扫描。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of low-dose CT scanning technology in head and neck CT angiography.
Methods A total of 62 patients with suspected head and neck arterial vascular lesions who were treated between January 2022 and December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. Low dose CT scans and conventional CT scans were performed to compare image quality and radiation dose.
Results The difference in CNR between low-dose CT scans and conventional CT scans was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The SNR of low-dose CT scan is lower than that of conventional dose, and the attenuation value and noise are higher than those of conventional dose. The radiation dose of low-dose CT scan is lower, and the comparison is statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Low dose CT scanning technology has slightly lower image quality and higher noise, but it has the advantage of low radiation and certain practical value, making it suitable for large-scale scanning.
