Application of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treatment and nursing of internal medicine of spleen and stomach diseases
中西医结合疗法在脾胃病内科治疗及护理的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨与分析中西医结合疗法在脾胃病内科治疗及护理中的临床应用效果，评价其对于改善患者临床症状、提高生活质量及促进康复的优势。方法 选取本院2018年至2023年收治的 36例 脾胃病患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法划分，对照组及观察组人数均衡，对照组采取规范化西医治疗及护理支持，观察组在对照组基础上联合应用中医辨证论治（中药汤剂/中成药）及中医特色护理技术。比较两组患者的临床疗效总有效率、中医证候积分、胃肠道症状评分（GSRS）、生活质量评分（SF-36）及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者临床总有效率为95.0%，显著高于对照组的水平（P<0.05）。治疗后评估表明，两组的中医证候积分及GSRS评分下降明显，且观察组较对照组降幅更大（P<0.05）。观察组在SF-36量表的生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力等维度的评分改善情况均优于对照组。两组护理满意度比较：观察组96.7%vs对照组83.3%，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 中西医结合疗法及护理模式能显著提高脾胃病的临床疗效，有效缓解患者症状，改善其生活质量，提升护理满意度，值得在临床进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical application effects of integrated Chinese-Western medicine therapy in the treatment and nursing care of spleen-stomach diseases, and evaluate its advantages in improving patients' clinical symptoms, enhancing quality of life, and promoting rehabilitation.
Methods A total of 36 patients with spleen and stomach disorders admitted to our hospital from 2018 to 2023 were selected as subjects. Using a random number table method, the patients were evenly divided into control and observation groups. The control group received standardized Western medical treatment and nursing support, while the observation group received combined traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation therapy (TCM herbal decoctions/prescription) and TCM-specific nursing techniques. Clinical efficacy was compared in terms of overall effective rate, TCM syndrome scores, gastrointestinal symptom scores (GSRS), quality of life scores (SF-36), and nursing satisfaction.
Results The observation group achieved a clinical overall effective rate of 95.0%, significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Post-treatment evaluations showed marked reductions in TCM syndrome scores and GSRS scores across both groups, with greater improvement observed in the observation group (P<0.05). The observation group demonstrated superior improvements in SF-36 dimensions including physical function, somatic pain, overall health, and vitality compared to the control group. Nursing satisfaction rates were significantly different between groups: 96.7%vs 83.3%, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The combined therapy and nursing mode of Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of spleen and stomach disease, effectively relieve patients' symptoms, improve their quality of life, and enhance the satisfaction of nursing, which is worth further promotion and application in clinical practice.
