The significance of transurethral blue laser vaporization of the prostate in improving the prognosis of advanced prostate cancer patients
经尿道前列腺蓝激光气化术对晚期前列腺癌患者预后改善的意义

摘要

目的 观察在晚期前列腺癌的临床治疗中，经尿道前列腺蓝激光气化术的应用效果。方法 选取2023年7月至2025年7月庆阳市人民医院收治的晚期前列腺癌患者32例作为研究对象，均采用经尿道前列腺蓝激光气化术治疗，观察预后效果。结果 术后3个月，患者最大尿流率和生活质量（GQOLI-74）评分高于术前（P＜0.05），术后3个月残余尿量和国际前列腺症状评估量表（IPSS）评分低于术前，以及术后3d的去甲肾上腺素（NE）、丙二醛（MDA）、皮质醇（Cor）水平低于术后1d（P＜0.05）。结论 在晚期前列腺癌的临床治疗中，经尿道前列腺蓝激光气化术能够促进患者症状缓解，减轻创伤应激刺激，提高康复效率，改善预后。

Abstract

Objective Observation of the application effect of transurethral prostate blue laser vaporization in the clinical treatment of advanced prostate cancer.
Methods 32 patients with advanced prostate cancer admitted to Qingyang People's Hospital from July 2023 to July 2025 were selected as the research subjects, all of whom were treated with transurethral blue laser vaporization of the prostate, and the prognosis was observed.
Results Three months after surgery, the patient's maximum urinary flow rate and quality of life (GQOLI-74) score were higher than before surgery (P<0.05), residual urine volume and International Prostate Symptom Assessment Scale (IPSS) score were lower than before surgery at three months after surgery, and the levels of norepinephrine (NE), malondialdehyde (MDA), and cortisol (Cor) were lower than one day after surgery (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the clinical treatment of advanced prostate cancer, transurethral blue laser vaporization of the prostate can promote symptom relief, alleviate traumatic stress, improve rehabilitation efficiency, and improve prognosis.
