Exploring the clinical characteristics of minocycline in the treatment of dermatological diseases
探索米诺环素在皮肤性病治疗中的临床特点

摘要

目的 探讨在皮肤性病治疗中米诺环素的临床特点。方法 选取2024年6月至2025年6月期间在本院接受的240例皮肤性病患者，结合患者病情进行分组，痤疮患者纳入治疗1组、皮肤感染患者纳入治疗2组、非淋球菌性尿道炎患者纳入治疗3组、淋病患者纳入治疗4组，每组各60例，均使用米诺环素进行治疗，分析该药物在皮肤病与性病治疗领域的临床疗效。结果 治疗2组患者的总有效率更高，为96.67%，高于其他3组的临床治疗效果，对比存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论 采用米诺环素治疗皮肤病性病可提高疗效，患者预后良好，值得推荐。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of minocycline in the treatment of dermatological and sexually transmitted diseases.
Methods A total of 240 patients with dermatological and sexually transmitted diseases treated in our hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected and grouped based on their conditions. Patients with acne were included in Treatment Group 1, those with skin infections in Treatment Group 2, patients with non-gonococcal urethritis in Treatment Group 3, and those with gonorrhea in Treatment Group 4, with 60 cases in each group. All patients were treated with minocycline, and the clinical efficacy of the drug in dermatological and sexually transmitted disease treatment was analyzed.
Results The overall effective rate in Treatment Group 2 was higher at 96.67%, surpassing the clinical treatment outcomes of the other three groups, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The use of minocycline in treating dermatological and sexually transmitted diseases improves efficacy and yields favorable patient outcomes, making it a recommended treatment option.
