摘要
目的 探讨音乐疗法配合无痛分娩在阴道顺产中的应用效果，以减轻分娩疼痛，提高产程体验满意度，减少负性情绪发生。方法 选取2023年1月至2023年12月在我院分娩的阴道顺产产妇作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用音乐疗法配合无痛分娩，对照组采用常规分娩方式。对比两组产妇对分娩疼痛程度、产程时间、产程中体验满意度及负性情绪发生率。结果 实验组产妇的疼痛程度明显低于对照组，产程时间明显缩短，产程体验满意度提高，负性情绪发生率降低。结论 音乐疗法配合无痛分娩在阴道顺产中应用效果显著，能有效减轻分娩疼痛，缩短产程时间，提高产程体验满意度，减少负性情绪的发生。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of music therapy combined with painless delivery in vaginal delivery, aiming to reduce labor pain, improve labor experience satisfaction and lower negative emotion incidence. Methods Vaginal delivery women in our hospital from Jan 2023 to Dec 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group (music therapy + painless delivery) and control group (conventional delivery). Pain level, labor duration, satisfaction and negative emotion incidence were compared. Results The experimental group showed lower pain, shorter labor duration, higher satisfaction and lower negative emotion incidence than the control group. Conclusion Music therapy combined with painless delivery exerts significant effects in vaginal delivery, optimizing labor pain, duration, satisfaction and emotional status.
