Analysis of adverse reactions of 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections in clinical application in Yulin first hospital
榆林市第一医院10种中药注射剂临床应用的不良反应分析

摘要

目的 分析榆林市第一医院10种中药注射剂不良反应，为相关研究提供参考。方法 选取2019年4月5日-2021年4月5日该院70例用药不良反应患者，采用WHO药物不良反应因果评判标准，研究患者年龄、性别、涉药种类、过敏史、不良反应表现及转归。结果 不良反应含过敏、局部/系统性反应、血液系统反应、肝肾功能损害、心血管反应；醒脑静发生率最高，谷红与刺五加并列，苦碟子最低，患者经治疗后好转。结论 医生使用中药注射剂需关注不良反应，掌握用药原则，保障患者用药安全。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of 10 kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) injections in Yulin First Hospital, so as to provide references for relevant research.
Methods A total of 70 patients with adverse reactions caused by TCM injections in the hospital from April 5, 2019 to April 5, 2021 were selected as research samples. The WHO criteria for evaluating the causal relationship of adverse drug reactions were adopted in this study. The age, gender, types of involved drugs, history of allergies, clinical manifestations of adverse reactions and patient outcomes were studied.
Results The types of adverse reactions included allergies, local/systemic reactions, hematological system reactions, hepatic and renal function impairment, and cardiovascular reactions. Among all drugs involved in adverse reactions, Xingnaojing Injection had the highest incidence of adverse reactions, followed by Guhong Injection and Ciwujia Injection (tied for second), and Kudiezi Injection had the lowest incidence. All patients improved after targeted treatment.
Conclusion   When using TCM injections for disease treatment, doctors should pay attention to the occurrence of adverse reactions, accurately master the principles of drug use, and ensure the safety of patients' drug use.
