Improve the practical assessment of prenatal examinations by utilizing prenatal file establishment information
利用产前建档信息提高产前检查的实用性评估

摘要

目的 探讨基于产前建档信息优化检查模式对提升产前检查实用性的效果。方法 选取2024年1月至6月期间100例孕妇，随机分为两组；对照组采用常规检查模式，观察组基于完善建档信息制定个性化方案并实施动态干预，观察周期覆盖建档至分娩。结果 观察组产前检查依从率达92.0%，显著高于对照组的64.0%；孕期并发症发生率为6.0%，明显低于对照组的24.0%；足月产率为96.0%，优于对照组的80.0%，差异均有统计学意义。结论 整合产前建档信息有助于提高检查依从性，降低并发症风险，促进足月分娩，增强产前检查的针对性与实效性，尤其对西藏等医疗资源可及性较差的地区具有重要推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of optimizing the examination mode based on prenatal file establishment information on enhancing the practicality of prenatal examinations.
Methods 100 pregnant women from January to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups; The control group adopted the conventional examination mode, while the observation group formulated personalized plans and implemented dynamic intervention based on the improved file establishment information. The observation period covered from file establishment to delivery.
Results The compliance rate of prenatal examination in the observation group reached 92.0%, significantly higher than 64.0% in the control group. The incidence of complications during pregnancy was 6.0%, significantly lower than 24.0% in the control group. The full-term delivery rate was 96.0%, which was better than 80.0% of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant.
Conclusion   Integrating prenatal filing information is helpful to improve examination compliance, reduce the risk of complications, promote full-term delivery, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of prenatal examinations, and has significant promotion value especially in regions such as Xizang where medical resources have poor accessibility.
