摘要
目的 研究五行针灸在临床双心疾病中的治疗效果及对焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法 选取我院2024年1月-2025年9月收治的64例双心疾病患者，随机均分为两组。对照组常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合五行针灸治疗。比较两组治疗结果。结果 观察组焦虑、抑郁评分及复发率、中医症状积分低于对照组；治疗效果高于对照组，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论 五行针灸在临床双心疾病中的治疗效果显著，可以促进患者不良情绪缓解并降低复发率和中医症状积分。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Five Elements Acupuncture on clinical dual-heart diseases and its impact on anxiety and depression. Methods A total of 64 patients with dual-heart diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to September 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional treatment, while the observation group received Five Elements Acupuncture in addition to the treatment given to the control group. Treatment outcomes between the two groups were compared. Results The observation group showed lower scores for anxiety, depression, recurrence rate, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom scores compared to the control group; the treatment effectiveness was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), with statistically significant differences. Conclusion Five Elements Acupuncture has significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of clinical dual-heart diseases, which can help alleviate patients' negative emotions and reduce recurrence rates and TCM symptom scores.
