Observation on the effect of simple rehabilitation techniques on motor function of hemiplegic limbs in stroke patients
简易康复治疗技术对脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体运动功能的效果观察

摘要

目的 将简易康复治疗技术用于脑卒中偏瘫患者中，探究其对患者肢体运动功能的效果。方法 选取2024年5月-2025年5月本院收治的90例脑卒中偏瘫患者，随机分组，对照组45例行常规康复治疗，观察组45例行简易康复治疗技术，对两组干预后总有效率、FMA评分、BI评分、QOL评分、并发症发生率各项指标进行比较。结果 干预前，两组FMA、BI、QOL评分比较，不具显著差异（P>0.05），干预后，观察组各评分更高（P<0.05）；两组总有效率比较，观察组93.33%更高（P<0.05）；两组并发症发生率比较，观察组4.44%更低（P<0.05）。结论 对脑卒中偏瘫患者来说，应用简易康复治疗技术可促进患者肢体运动功能较好恢复，并提高日常生活能力，改善生活质量，减少并发症发生，具有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To apply simple rehabilitation techniques to patients with hemiplegia due to stroke and explore their effects on limb motor function.
Methods A total of 90 patients with hemiplegia due to stroke admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n=45) received conventional rehabilitation treatment, while the observation group (n=45) received simple rehabilitation techniques. The total effective rate, FMA score, BI score, QOL score, and complication rate were compared between the two groups after intervention.
Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in FMA, BI, and QOL scores between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the scores in the observation group were higher (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was 4.44%, which was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of simple rehabilitation techniques in patients with hemiplegia due to stroke can promote better recovery of limb motor function, improve daily living ability, enhance quality of life, and reduce the occurrence of complications, demonstrating high application value.
