Evaluation of the application effectiveness of visual information interaction systems in prehospital emergency care for severely injured patients
可视化信息交互系统在严重创伤患者院前急救中的应用效果评估

摘要

目的 探析可视化信息交互系统应用于严重创伤患者院前急救中的作用效果。方法 选取2024年9月-2025年9月期间在本院急诊通过可视化信息交互系统进行院前急救的105例严重创伤患者作为实验组。另选取2023年8月-2024年8月期间在本院急诊进行常规院前急救的105例严重创伤患者作为参照组。对比两组院前急救时间、院内交接时间、抢救效率等指标。结果 实验组院前诊断、院内预警、院内交接等环节所用时间均较参照组明显偏短（P<0.05）。实验组急救成功率、病历完整度均较参照组明显偏高（P<0.05）。实验组并发症的总发生率25.71%较参照组的46.67%明显偏低（P<0.05）。结论 可视化信息交互系统应用于严重创伤患者院前急救中，促使院前院内衔接更连贯、顺畅，可明显提升抢救成功率，院前抢救效果更理想，应积极推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of a visual information interaction system in prehospital emergency care for severely injured patients.
Methods From September 2024 to September 2025, 105 severely injured patients who received prehospital emergency care via the visual information interaction system in our hospital's emergency department were enrolled as the experimental group. A control group of 105 severely injured patients receiving conventional prehospital emergency care at our hospital's emergency department between August 2023 and August 2024 was selected. Prehospital emergency response time, in-hospital handover time, and rescue efficiency were compared between the two groups.
Results The experimental group demonstrated significantly shorter durations for prehospital diagnosis, in-hospital alerting, and in-hospital handover compared to the control group (P<0.05). Both the resuscitation success rate and medical record completeness were significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05). The overall complication rate in the experimental group (25.71%) was markedly lower than that in the control group (46.67%) (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of a visual information interaction system in prehospital emergency care for severely injured patients facilitates smoother and more seamless prehospital-hospital transitions. This significantly improves rescue success rates and enhances prehospital care outcomes, warranting active promotion.
