Study on the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Fumai for injection combined with Dronedalone on elderly patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation
注射用益气复脉联合决奈达隆对老年阵发性房颤患者的疗效研究

摘要

目的 探讨注射用益气复脉联合决奈达隆对老年阵发性房颤患者的疗效。方法 本次的研究对象为本院于2023年5月-2025年5月期间收治的阵发性房颤患者，共60例，所有患者被随机分为两组。其中对照组30例，使用决奈达隆；观察组30例，使用注射用益气复脉联合决奈达隆治疗。对比观察组与对照组的静息心率、房颤发作情况、不良反应发生情况、治疗总有效率。结果 观察组患者的静息心率、房颤发作情况，均明显比对照组患者更低（P＜0.05），治疗效果、心功能显著比对照组患者更好（P＜0.05），差异均有统计学意义。两组患者治疗后的不良反应发生情况未出现显著差异（P＞0.05），无统计学意义。结论 联合使用注射用益气复脉与决奈达隆治疗老年阵发性房颤，可显著改善患者临床症状、取得更好的治疗效果、改善心功能，并且具有较高的安全性。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Fumai injection combined with dronedarone on elderly patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
Methods The subjects of this study were 60 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital between May 2023 and May 2025. All patients were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, 30 cases in the control group were treated with dronedarone; Observation group of 30 cases, treated with injection of Yiqi Fumai combined with dronedarone. Compare the resting heart rate, incidence of atrial fibrillation, occurrence of adverse reactions, and overall treatment efficacy between the observation group and the control group.
Results The resting heart rate and incidence of atrial fibrillation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and the treatment effect and heart function were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05), with statistically significant differences. There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients after treatment (P>0.05), and there was no statistical significance.
Conclusion   The combined use of Yiqi Fumai injection and dronedarone in the treatment of elderly patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation can significantly improve clinical symptoms, achieve better treatment outcomes, improve cardiac function, and have high safety.
