The diagnostic efficacy of electrocardiogram repolarization parameters in patients with acute myocardial infarction and their relationship with cardiac function
心电图复极参数对急性心肌梗死患者的诊断效能及与心功能的关系

摘要

目的 分析心电图复极参数对急性心肌梗死患者诊断效能和心功能的关系。方法 本次研究的起始时间为2024年1月份，截止时间为2024年12月份，纳入患者的数量80例，该80例患者确诊为急性心肌梗死，为本次研究的实验组，选择同时期因胸痛、胸闷进行冠脉造影后非急性心肌梗死的80例患者为本次研究的对照组，所有患者均提供24h动态心电图检查，对比两组心电图复极参数；心功能指标，判断其诊断效能；明确与心功能的关系。结果 实验组心电图复极参数长于对照组，p<0.05，实验组心脏LVEF水平低于对照组，p<0.05，LVESD、LVEDD高于对照组，p<0.05，心电图复极参数的联合诊断其诊断效能更高，p<0.05，判断相关性，心电图复极参数与患者的LVEF水平为负相关，与LVESD、LVEDD为正相关，p<0.05。结论 急性心肌梗死患者的心电图复极参数与患者的心功能水平相关，为患者诊断提供依据。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the relationship between the diagnostic efficacy of electrocardiogram repolarization parameters and cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
Methods The start time of this study was January 2024 and the end time was December 2024. A total of 80 patients were included. These 80 patients were diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and served as the experimental group of this study. Meanwhile, 80 patients who underwent coronary angiography due to chest pain and chest tightness during the same period but did not have acute myocardial infarction were selected as the control group of this study. All patients were provided with 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram examination, and the electrocardiogram repolarization parameters of the two groups were compared. Cardiac function indicators, to determine their diagnostic efficacy; Clarify the relationship with cardiac function.
Results The electrocardiogram repolarization parameters in the experimental group were longer than those in the control group, p<0.05. The LVEF level of cardiac function in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, p<0.05. The LVESD and LVEDD levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, p<0.05. The combined diagnosis of electrocardiogram repolarization parameters had a higher diagnostic efficacy, p<0.05. Determine the correlation. The electrocardiogram repolarization parameters were negatively correlated with the LVEF level of the patients and positively correlated with LVESD and LVEDD, with p<0.05.
Conclusion   The electrocardiogram repolarization parameters of patients with acute myocardial infarction are related to the cardiac function level of the patients, providing a basis for the diagnosis of patients.
