Evaluation of the application effect of CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis and treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur
CT三维重建在股骨粗隆间骨折诊断与治疗中的应用效果评价

摘要

目的 分析 CT三维重建在股骨粗隆间骨折诊断与治疗中的应用效果。方法：该研究总共纳入53例试验对象，均是2023.03月至2025.03月到医院诊治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者，所有纳入对象均进行X线检查、CT三维重建检查，把术中实际结果当作参照标准，对比两种检查方式在骨折端稳定性、骨皮质连续性中的诊断效能。结果 在骨折端稳定性诊断的准确率、敏感度及特异度上，CT三维重建均高于X线检查（P＜0.05）。在骨皮质连续性诊断的准确率、敏感度及特异度上，CT三维重建高于X线检查（P＜0.05）。结论 在股骨粗隆间骨折患者诊断和治疗中运用CT三维重建，可显著提升骨折端稳定性及骨皮质连续性的诊断效能。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis and treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur.
Methods A total of 53 experimental subjects were included in this study, all of whom were patients with intertrochanteric fractures who received treatment at the hospital from March 2023 to March 2025. All included subjects underwent X-ray examination and CT three-dimensional reconstruction examination, and the actual intraoperative results were used as reference standards to compare the diagnostic efficacy of the two examination methods in fracture end stability and cortical continuity.
Results CT three-dimensional reconstruction showed higher accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity in diagnosing fracture stability than X-ray examination (P<0.05). In terms of accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity in the diagnosis of cortical continuity, CT three-dimensional reconstruction is higher than X-ray examination (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis and treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the femur can significantly improve the diagnostic efficiency of fracture end stability and cortical continuity.
