原发性高血压在社区进行全科治疗的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 分析社区全科治疗的开展对原发性高血压的应用价值。方法 将2024年1月-2025年1月本社区原发性高血压100例作为研究对象，并以电脑随机抽取的形式进行分组，均分至研究组及参照组，并分别给予社区全科治疗及常规药物治疗。观察区别治疗效果，统计两组患者血压指标、生活质量评分、治疗依从性各项研究数据，并利用统计学SPSS30.0处理分析，判定两组差异。结果 统计研究结果，数据见，血压指标对比，收缩压、舒张压均体现研究组低于参照组；生活质量评分见研究组高于参照组；治疗依从性统计研究组比参照组高；两组数据对比，均见明显差异（P＜0.05），且研究组优于参照组。结论 社区全科治疗的开展，可提高原发性高血压患者治疗效果，可有效控制血压，促使生活质量提高，增强治疗依从性，效果理想，具有推广应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of community general practice treatment for primary hypertension.
Methods 100 cases of primary hypertension in our community from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a computer. They were evenly divided into the study group and the reference group, and received community general treatment and conventional drug treatment, respectively. Observe the differential treatment effects, collect research data on blood pressure indicators, quality of life scores, and treatment compliance between two groups of patients, and use statistical SPSS 30.0 to analyze and determine the differences between the two groups. Result the statistical research results show that the blood pressure indicators in the study group were lower than those in the reference group in terms of both systolic and diastolic blood pressure; The quality of life score showed that the research group was higher than the reference group; The statistical study group showed higher treatment compliance than the reference group; The comparison of the two sets of data showed significant differences (P<0.05), and the study group was superior to the reference group.
Conclusion   The implementation of community general treatment can improve the treatment effect of patients with primary hypertension, effectively control blood pressure, promote quality of life improvement, enhance treatment compliance, achieve ideal results, and have the value of promotion and application.
