摘要
目的 探讨分析危机管理模式在急诊胸痛患者急救护理中的意义。方法 选取江阴市中医院2024年1月-2025年1月收治30例急诊胸痛患者作为研究对象,按照抽签模式,平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用(常规急救护理),观察组采用(危机管理模式下的急救护理)。对比两组患者在急救时间、并发症发生率、患者满意度等指标比较。结果 采用危机管理模式后,观察组在急救时间、确诊时间、住院时间等方面均短于对照组;观察组并发症发生率低于对照组;且观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 采用危机管理模式有助于提高急诊胸痛患者的急救护理质量,减少并发症发生情况,且能够提高护理满意度,这种护理模式值得在临床引用。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the significance of the crisis management model in the emergency care of chest pain patients. Methods A total of 30 chest pain patients admitted to Jiangyin City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received conventional emergency care, while the observation group received emergency care under the crisis management model. The study compared the two groups in terms of emergency response time, complication rate, patient satisfaction, and other indicators. Results After adopting the crisis management model, the observation group had shorter emergency response time, diagnosis time, and hospital stay compared to the control group. The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. Moreover, the patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with all differences being statistically significant (p<0.05). Conclusion Adopting the crisis management model can improve the quality of emergency care for chest pain patients, reduce complications, and enhance patient satisfaction. This nursing model is worth adopting in clinical practice.
