Observation on the effect of pregabalin combined with short-term spinal cord electrical stimulation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and postherpetic neuralgia
普瑞巴林联合短时程脊髓电刺激治疗2型糖尿病伴带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的效果观察

摘要

目的 观察普瑞巴林联合短时程脊髓电刺激治疗2型糖尿病伴带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月本院收治的2型糖尿病伴带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者80例进行研究，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组采用普瑞巴林单药治疗，观察组采用普瑞巴林联合短时程脊髓电刺激治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度、血糖控制情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，观察组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）低于对照组，血糖控制达标率高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，组间差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 普瑞巴林联合短时程脊髓电刺激治疗2型糖尿病伴带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者，可有效缓解疼痛，利于血糖控制，且安全性较高，具有良好的临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of pregabalin combined with short-term spinal cord stimulation in treating patients with type 2 diabetes and post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN).
Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes and PHN admitted to our hospital from January to December 2024 were selected for this study. These patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each consisting of 40 patients. The control group received pregabalin monotherapy, while the observation group received pregabalin combined with short-term spinal cord stimulation. The pain intensity, blood glucose control, and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.
Results After treatment, the visual analog scale (VAS) scores for pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the rate of achieving blood glucose control was higher, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower. All these differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Pregabalin combined with short-term spinal cord stimulation is effective in relieving pain, improving blood glucose control, and ensuring high safety, making it a valuable clinical option for treating type 2 diabetes and PHN.
