Analysis of the effect of budesonide in the treatment of pediatric bronchiolitis
布地奈德治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在小儿毛细支气管炎患者的临床治疗方案中应用布地奈德治疗的价值。方法 将2023年12月-2024年11月内于我院儿科门诊就诊的80例毛细支气管炎小儿以区组随机法分40例对照组常规治疗，40例观察组增加布地奈德治疗。对比两组小儿临床症状改善时间，对比两组患儿家长对治疗的满意度。结果 观察组咳嗽、发热、喘息等症状消失时间优于对照组，且观察组患儿家长治疗满意度更高，对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 在小儿毛细支气管炎患者的临床治疗方案中应用布地奈德治疗的可尽早改善临床症状，促小儿躯体舒适，疾病好转，家长对治疗满意度高，有较好的就诊体验。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of using budesonide in the clinical treatment of pediatric bronchiolitis patients.
Methods 80 children with bronchiolitis who visited our pediatric clinic from December 2023 to November 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (n=40) receiving conventional treatment and an observation group (n=40) receiving additional budesonide treatment. Compare the improvement time of clinical symptoms between two groups of children, and compare the satisfaction of parents of the two groups of children with the treatment.
Results The disappearance time of symptoms such as cough, fever, and wheezing in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the parents of the children in the observation group had higher satisfaction with treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of budesonide treatment in the clinical treatment plan of pediatric bronchiolitis patients can improve clinical symptoms as early as possible, promote physical comfort in children, improve the disease, increase parental satisfaction with treatment, and have a good medical experience.
