Observation of the therapeutic effect of olanzapine combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia
奥氮平联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察精神分裂症采用奥氮平联合阿立哌唑治疗的具体疗效。方法 选取我院精神分裂症患者进行研究，选取病例数61例，选取时间段2022年3月-2023年3月，根据数字排序分组，单数31例为对照组，双数30例为观察组，分别采用奥氮平治疗、奥氮平联合阿立哌唑治疗，对两组精神状态、生活质量进行评估比较，统计用药不良反应。结果 与对照组相较，观察组精神状态评分更优，生活质量评分更高，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），两组不良反应发生率无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 精神分裂症采用奥氮平联合阿立哌唑治疗临床疗效较佳，可改善患者精神状态，提高生活质量，不增加不良反应，用药安全性高。

Abstract

Objective To observe the specific efficacy of olanzapine combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia.
Methods A total of 61 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital were selected for the study. The time period was from March 2022 to March 2023, and the patients were divided into two groups according to numerical sorting: the control group (n=31) and the observation group (n=30). The two groups were treated with olanzapine and olanzapine combined with aripiprazole, respectively. The mental status and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated and compared, and adverse drug reactions were statistically analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had better mental state scores and higher quality of life scores, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion   The clinical efficacy of olanzapine combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia is better, which can improve the patient's mental state, enhance their quality of life, without increasing adverse reactions, and has high medication safety.
