以临床思维能力培养为导向的BOPPPS有效教学法在心血管内科实习小讲课中的应用

摘要

目的 观察分析在心血管内科实习小讲课中实施以临床思维能力培养为导向的BOPPPS有效教学法的应用效果和应用价值。方法 采用回顾性研究方法,选择2023-2024学年第二学期2019级临床医学专业的30位实习学生(样本纳入位数:30位;样本纳入时间:2023-2024学年),以随机摸球为基础分组方式,分为对照、实验两个小组,观察位数高度一致。分别实施常规教学,以临床思维能力培养为导向的BOPPPS有效教学法。收集分析教学效果。结果 与对照组(常规教学)相比,实验组(以临床思维能力培养为导向的BOPPPS有效教学法)教学后的考核成绩(理论知识考核成绩/病例分析考核成绩/实践操作考核成绩)更高,思维能力评分(分析能力/认知成熟度/系统化能力/开放思想)更高,教学满意度(带教过程规范/知识技能传授/激发学习兴趣/学习效率)更高,(P<0.05)。结论 以临床思维能力培养为导向的BOPPPS有效教学法可以有效促进心血管内科实习学生思维能力提升。促进对专业知识技能的掌握,提高考核成绩,提升教学满意度,有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective Observation and analysis of the application effect and value of implementing the BOPPPS effective teaching method guided by clinical thinking ability cultivation in the small lecture of cardiovascular internal medicine internship.
Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select 30 internship students majoring in clinical medicine from the second semester of the 2023-2024 academic year (sample inclusion number: 30; sample inclusion time: 2023-2024 academic year). The students were randomly divided into control and experimental groups based on ball touching, with highly consistent observation numbers. Implement the BOPPPS effective teaching method guided by the cultivation of clinical thinking ability through routine teaching. Collect and analyze teaching effectiveness.
Results Compared with the control group (conventional teaching), the experimental group (BOPPPS effective teaching method guided by clinical thinking ability cultivation) had higher assessment scores (theoretical knowledge assessment score/case analysis assessment score/practical operation assessment score) after teaching, higher thinking ability scores (analytical ability/cognitive maturity/systematic ability/open thinking), and higher teaching satisfaction (standardized teaching process/knowledge and skill imparting/stimulating learning interest/learning efficiency) (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The BOPPPS effective teaching method guided by the cultivation of clinical thinking ability can effectively promote the improvement of thinking ability of cardiovascular medicine internship students. Promoting the mastery of professional knowledge and skills, improving assessment scores, and enhancing teaching satisfaction have high practical value.
